The Young Elites Progress plan

A learning and training opportunity hosted by Chaoyang (Beijing, China) talents management bureau. The program has 75 talented students in total, and it was divided into three classes: the smart medical class, the smart economic class, and the cultural business class. I wanted to attend the cultural business class, though the examiner thinks that, since I’m a psychology student, I would be more interested in the smart psychological consulting company that we will visit in the smart medical class’s schedule. Therefore, here I am in this class, meeting a bunch of great and new people, visiting a bunch of excellent companies, and experiencing a memorable memory.

Though the whole program is only ten days long, we visited more than ten companies, including Alibaba, Deloitte, BOE, etc. Top companies in China and even worldwide.

I should mention that the area of medication is still quite far from me. Lots of information has become confusing and new, though I have learned a lot. It has shown me a very broad picture of this career, new opportunities in the future, and most importantly, the chance to get to know those helpful classmates (and since this program is for college students, I’m the youngest among all), whom it’s a pleasure for me to get to know. Students from top colleges all over the world, such as Duke, UCL, Hong-Kong University, Tsinghua, etc., all from different majors, in different careers. Knowing them and having the chance to talk with them and learn from them is worth a lot for me; the gain I’ve learned from them is more than anything I would read from a book.
