The sashimi that comes with caviar sauce is definitely one of the best sashimi I’ve ever had in my life. The sauce is just the right amount of flavor without being too intense, and the caviar offered the right amount of umami without being too raw.
The action of saving the sashimi’s sauce for the table is the best service we could have expected from a server. This deserves at least 20% fees. It really gave us a lesson how to enjoy this meal at this restaurant.
