I miss China and my home so much😭😭😭
Since I made the decision that I’m not going back to China for my summer vacation, my dad agreed with my strongly demand about going back home for my mid-winter break.
I don’t know why, maybe because I haven’t been home for too long or I grew a lot through the two years when I’m not at home, I suddenly feel like everything are so small at home. I feel like the sink had shrink, the room had shrink, and my pets had shrink. My pets are same as before I left them, but also different.
Yesterday when I just arrived back at Seattle, I missed lunch, so I went to a Chinese restaurant that’s beside my school. I got a soup dumpling, which is only eight very small dumplings, and it took my eight dollar. It suddenly feels so different, it’s like the different between China and the US hasn’t ever been that clear to me before. When I was in China, a bowl of dumpling literally takes less than twenty Chinese Yuan, which is about three dollars, and there are twice as much dumplings as what I’ve got in that restaurant. I’m already starting to miss foods in China…
I went back to visit one of my teacher in my Chinese public middle school, she’s also my friend who’s able to guid me.

These are three new born cats that I haven’t met before, they are about half year old.

This is Abao, he had been a part of my family for a pretty long time, he still remember me.

This is Xixi (pronounced as Cici), she’s the first cat in my family, and she’s also my favorite cat. She’s one year older than me, and she’s almost eighteen years old now.

This picture was took when I was sitting in my parents’ room, guess how many animals are there in the room and the hall?

This is Qiqi, my favorite dog, she’s adopted when I was three years old. She’s three years younger than me, she’s fourteen years old now. Unfortunately, she’s actually kind of unhealthy now, I wish this won’t be the last time I see her.

My mom brought me to watched a modern drama show presented by one of the best theater. The drama is called Leiyu (thunderstorm). It was great.

This picture is one of my friend’s cat that I went to visit. I haven’t met this friends for three full years already due to covid. Last time I saw her she didn’t even had this cat yet, this cat is around two years old.

This is a really beautiful night sky I saw at the last night I spent in China.
