Her birthday is actually tomorrow. Anyway it’s today in Chinese timing.
It’s good that she don’t know I’m writing a blog, or else I won’t be able to show up my surprising plan here.
I told my mom that due to the covid, the school does not allow students to go back home durning weekends. It’s not completely a lie, but there is exceptions allowed, especially I applied for the exception to prepare my mom a birthday surprising. I contacted one of my classmate’s parent, who’s also in touched with the dorm and providing help for dorm students. I asked her to bring me back home tomorrow.
On the other hand, I contacted one of my mom’s friend, I told her that I will be back tomorrow afternoon, and ask her to think of a way to let my mom stay home tomorrow. Or it will be very awkward if I go home and my mom is not there.
I had already bought a piece of cake, and I will buy her some fresh flowers tomorrow. I feel like I’m unable to go to sleep now because of excitement! Wish everything will work out as the way I planned tomorrow!
